plz help me i hate to submit before 30th of this month

i have to design layout for
my inputs are newdata and presentdata both are 8bits
how can draw layout for leftshift the newdata ,rightshift the new data ,xor(newdata,presentdata) operation and caluculating numberog 1's in the xor operation

Check on google any layout designs for your circuit to get an idea.
It depends on technology node what you using and area you have meet

Is this your home work any way this is a probable solution

Use two SISO ckts for the data ips one having right shift feature and the other the left shift design

they generate one bit op at any point of time feed it to the Xor for wat ever you want to do
