How can we remove wiring violations in SoC Encounter ?
Also can any one tell the difference between same cell violation and different cell violation in SoC Encounter?

Same cell violation means that you could have one cell over-laying the other or it may use the same set of pins or routing channels or tracks, etc. So make sure you only have one cell per location and not over-lapping cell.
