Why not layout without parameter after load "pcel

i loaded a "pcell.il" from CDS_INSTALL/..sample../pcell.il , then created layout , but there is no parameter . what need I do more ?

As per my understanding , u have created pcell using skill, & now u r not able to see its parameter/property.

In this case instatiate this pcell in some other layout view , & then chek its property , u may be able to see parameters set by u ..

But when I instatiate this pcell , there is no parameters .
