What books should I read as a newbie in ASIC design?

Hi everyone, I am new to the world of ASIC design n i just signed up for the ASIC course at NCSU, Raleigh.

Could you guys suggest where i should start and what books to refer?

U have started the course right, Digital Design by Morris Mano is right for start,
then there r many books on Advanced Digitsl Design.

Verilog
VHDL
are in continuation of the above.

I agree with Moris Mano Digital design book, I think it's the best and the easiest one to start..
