regarding typical timing analysys

we are closing timing in best case and worst case...then why we goin for typical corner..?
 

Could be used to check the maximum freq, and match it with you silicium?
Also to report more realistic power consumption.

As Venkataram said, TT is used to get the Frequency range, operation conditions . FF and SS just are the borders of operation.
