Erh... As far as I know, Quartus is an FPGA compilation tool, specifically meant for Altera FPGA's. What comes closest is th Hardcopy option, which means that you're targetting an ASIC which is in fact an FPGA stripped of all the FPGA stuff

altera is a 2nd largest fpga company. they r having only fpga tools.
