Question: How can i Synthesize asic with quartus II 5.0 Altera?
what about libraries?

Erh... As far as I know, Quartus is an FPGA compilation tool, specifically meant for Altera FPGA's. What comes closest is th Hardcopy option, which means that you're targetting an ASIC which is in fact an FPGA stripped of all the FPGA stuff :)

3) load all desin file

4) select device.

5) change ASIC ram to selected device's ram.

6) begin compile and fit.
