dummy parasitics?

i use the mimcap_wos of the tsmc18rf library in my mixer design. but when i was doing my post-simulation using calibre PEX, i found the calibre dummy parasitics extracted by PEX, for the parasitical c has been taken into account already when tsmc designing the Pcell. but in fact the calibre dosen't care about that. it re-extracts the parasitics in itself. but it makes my post-simulation seem weird!
