powerpcb library

I have some very old PADS V2 library parts and I now want to convert them to PADS V4. I have the V3 to V4 conversion program but I need to convert from V2 To V3 first.
Does anyone have a program to perform the V2 to V3 conversion ?

power pcb convert 1.0 version

library conversion there will be tools in the folder where the software is installed
that can be used for the conversion

library conversion pads

If you are unable to convert the library you could open up the older
design in the new tool. Then select the decals and save to the new
library. It isn't as easy as a direct convert but it is much better than
rebuilding the parts by hand.
