Orcad LIB in Ascii format

Hi all,

Is it possible to export Orcad Libraries in Ascii Format?
If yes how make that and have you an example for me or a documentation?

The very old SDT(?) version of capture did allow bitmaps for part symbols. This did allow import/export of ascii symbol files using asterixes to draw the symbols in a very crude way, as you might in an internet post to a forum like this. The current version uses vector graphics, so I don't believe you can do that anymore.

Unless you have a copy of orcad you cannot do anything with an orcad capture file as it is a binary file.
If you do have a copy , you could make a schematic of a memory array for your own tests.
You can get an eval version with limited capability from the Cadence website.
