How to put differential signal symbol in Orcad capture 17.4

The below image is take from an TI reference design.
You can see that they placed an ellipse and a green color symbol with 100E.
I know how to put the ellipse.
Can you please tell me from where I get the green color symbol with 100E

You might elect to use "bus" notation for signals, perhaps even
showing the "bundle" of 4 pairs plus shield as "what it is" (the
"tags" seem not to convey that aspect, to anyone who might
care about the physical).
