How to put differential signal symbol in Orcad capture 17.4

The below image is take from an TI reference design.
You can see that they placed an ellipse and a green color symbol with 100E.
I know how to put the ellipse.
Can you please tell me from where I get the green color symbol with 100E

A non-electrical symbol. If it's not in your library, you can draw it yourself.

You might elect to use "bus" notation for signals, perhaps even
showing the "bundle" of 4 pairs plus shield as "what it is" (the
"tags" seem not to convey that aspect, to anyone who might
care about the physical).

maybe he prefers to use Altium. Unfortunately TI only uses orcad.
