Does anyone have ODA Lib for Mentor Graphics Expedition WG, please share it. I have found it so long.

Is wg abale to extract library data from a PCB file?
 

Yes,
use Library Manager/Library Service button then choose what to import from a pcb (as default you can import from a .lmc library but if you browse you can choose to import from a .pcb file).
