what does 800MHZ *2*16bit DDR3 memory means?
i'm not understanding what does 2*16bit denote?
 

It's no notation that can be found in DDR3 datasheets, at least not those I have. It may refer to 800 MHz*2, (800 MHz clock and 1600 MHz data rate), which is a typical DDR3 performance number.

hello FVM,

I'm confused whtr its a 32 bit location .
According to you its 16 bit organization with double data rate...

Below are some details i got from the data sheet:
AXI access is limited to 32bit at 32 bit boundary
No byte or 16 bit access or odd address access
