Hi Everyone,
I am trying to design a CPW on a particular process technology, The manufacturer offers pre-defined models for CPW (schematic and layout).
When comparing the sim results there seems to be a large discrepancy in the phase.

Could someone help me with why this might be happening?

Thank You!

FYI: the blue is momentum and the red is the schematic.

What substrate they use for CPW to get 0.5dB loss at 300GHz !?
I know, this is about an RFIC silicone substrate, but I think at 300GHz you breathe near the CPW line and the phase change 180° :)
