How to implement modules of m-n, where m and n are two 10bit unsigned numbers?

Hi
How will u implement modulus of m-n,where m& n are two 10 bits unsigned number.U are supposed not to use simple 2's complement adder and later finding the magnitude

Please clarify what you mean by "modulus". I've heard several meanings. Maybe show an example.
