How to design a low supply voltage bandgap that works under the 1.5V supply voltage?

how to design a low supply voltage bandgap that can work under the 1.5V supply voltage?

can you state your question a little clearer... r you trying to design a bandgap supply that gives a output of 1.5V or are you designing a bandgap supply which uses 1.5V and gives a output voltage less than 1.5V....

That is a huge question; suggest you search book with keyword "bandgap" or " voltage reference" in "EDA book download"

under 1.5V power supply bandgap has been done by many people.

many circuits work in subthreshold region in low voltage supply.

First build a standard 1.2v output BGR then generate current through a resistor. Mirror this current through another resistor then you will get 1.5v BGR. Remember to match these two resistors.
