EEPROM in ASIC

Hello all
I want to add a eeprom in my asics.. but how ..?
I use Tanner Tool and Silvaco .. in Win2k 256Mb System
Cadence IC station in my hand but... I dont install it because I have not got sun-solaris os free download link..
Pls help me..
