hi i am trying to simulate invertor in s-edit of tanner......but while simulation, error occur which says NMOS model not defined .. how to fix it.??



ERROR SAYS::::::::

You have to include the model library file.
Follow these steps:

• Go to setup-->Spice simulation
• Select General on the left pane.Under Files and Directories on the right side,you will find an option called Library files.
• Click on browse, select your model library file ( *lib) and then press OK.You need to add "tt" or "tm" at the end after including the library file. So finally that column will look like...
  ../../../Tanner EDA/Tanner Tools v14.1/Libraries/Models/Generic_025.lib tt

I where I can get .lib file for tanner.
I am not having any library files with .lib extention..
but I am have some model files for nmos and pmos with .md extention..

I dont knw how to invoke library

any one can help me
