help JTAG for MACHXO Lattice, schematic cable etc?

Hi
I need to build a JTAG programming cable working for
Lattice MACHXO CPLD's (as LCMX02280-4TN144 and LCMX0640-3TN144)
together with ispVMSystems v17.9.

Could someone upload a complete and working schematic so I can build
my own JTAG cable?
