Hello, I need to use Dphy or LVDS for mipi. Does this structure enter SERDES? If so, I will have to pay a license fee.

I will have to pay a license fee.
.. then you refer to "free" license. "free" means yo don´t have to pay. You get the license file via email.

as far as I know:
"node locked" is for a single PC
"floating " is for a server soution

***
"IF" ... if you already payed for a license (you should know this) then use the subscription licensing form.

***
In doubt read the LATTICE FAQs and/or contact them.

It doesn't matter if you use SERDES or not. The free license can't build anything for the devices with SERDES hardware.
