None available.
Just use the Symbol Editor to create or copy symbols. Then the PDB editor
for the mapping files.

Is there any way to import some data file to create the symbols?
like what we can do in Concept HDL.

Mentor has a product called SymGen that can read in XML data from Partminer and create a symbol. You might want to give your Mentor rep a call to see if they still offer this tool.
