Does the inputs to the H.264 will be the RGB or Y'CrCb
or if the extracted outputs of the image will be RGB or Y'CrCb

Hi,
here is not a good place for asking the question about H.264
there are two mailing list that you can subscribe and send email to them:

in addition implementing H.264 is very hard, you have to be a team to implement it, in hardware or on DSP.
