Hi everyone,
I want to write a OCEAN script to plot the gm/id vs. Vgs - Vt of a NMOS. However, there are 2 problems which I encounter.
1) What's the command to get gm/id of the nmos?
2) How do I get Spectre to plot Vgs - Vt as the x-axis and set Vgs-vt as the variable instead (not just Vgs)?
