can anyone help me on how to read out my Atmel AT90USB162 fuse bit?
I only have FLIP programmer, and the Atmel chip on my board.

u need to black box both golden and revised for that ram so that the tool can do mapping and comparison, also i think this is not cadence lec but it's synopsys formality.
read the LEC command reference, try to find "set instance equivalent".
