I have a problem with programming LPC 2141, help !

programming LPC 2141

Hi all,

I got a problem some one might have faced already......

I have written a small code to toggle two port pins in LPC2141 controller.
I have tested the code with Proteus simulator and found it working perfectly.....

Now comes my problem..... i have dumped the code using H-JTAG via parallel port.
After this i had checked the result on the board, but i found nothing is happening....

I dont know what to do.............

Help me out
