The layout of each LVDS pair needs special consideration.
If the distance separating the positive and negative trace is d, then the distance from the differential pair to another differential pair should be greater than 2d.
The distance from the differential pair to a GND or VCC trace should also be greater than 2d and
the distance from the differential pair to TTL signals should be greater than 4d.
about width it depend upon the stack of pcb..
