Have you read through the PCB Automation Reference Manual that you can pull up through help? Or downloaded the AATK to view some of the example cope that Mentor has written? If not, I would start there and when you have specific questions ask them. There is also a forum on the Mentor's PCB Communities that specifically deals with Automation.
