Can you please advise me any good tutorial , (website) or book to write test bench.

try janick bergeron's book, writing testbenches.
you will get it in this forum in the e book upload/ownload section
 

Writing Testbenches Functional Verification of HDL Models
is the Bible of the verfication.
 

yes , writing testbench is best, but it is too long for beginners,
asic-world is suit for beginers
