Which cmos digital circuit is better for corner conditions?

about pulse generator

I need to design a pulse generator with the pulse width 3ns. I need to use cmos digital circuit. Anyone know which circuit is better for various corner condition.

What kind of stimuli/input are you getting?

One more thing: what is the acceptable pulse width variation with different corners?

This looks like a job for a delay line type pulse generator. Use the CMOS to short across the far end to start the pulse.

3ns is a very narrow pulse.
