you can put the s-parameters in an MDIF file along with your bias variables. The simulator will then interpolate the s-parameters between data sets. You could have sets of data over several dimensions such as VGS, VDS, and temperature. Microwave Office and ADS both support this and I'm sure others do as well.

How will u create the above file? which software rerquired to do so?
Any tutorial or guidance to find s parameter at required bias.
which software doing this easily.

mdif file

Hello Jaya,

MDIF (Measurement Data Interchange Format) file format
MDIF files, which have a .mdf extension, allow importing S-parameter
and noise figure data which varies with frequency and with one or more named parameters.
They are used in conjunction with parameterized subcircuits, in which the subcircuit's
parameter names and values are automatically assigned to match those contained within
the MDIF file when the subcircuit is associated with the file.

You can create these text files manually using any text editor,
or with automated tools capable of producing MDIF files as output (Such as Sonnet EM).
or AWR Microwave Office has some script utilities, which helps you to create MDIF files...
