Hi everyone
Does any one can tell me what kind of *RAM* which is used to store data (as Memory Card) when the power is OFF?
Thanks and best regards

STORAGE RAM

Non-volatile RAM, or Flash memory can be used for storage - also, as you mentioned, a Compact Flash card, or SD card can be used. And for small amounts of data, EEPROM's can be used.

Re: STORAGE RAM

Can anyone tell me the Serial non-volatile RAM which has the capacity of 512K or larger?
Thanks

Re: STORAGE RAM

You can take a look at ATMEL's offering of serial-eeproms and flash memory.
