Hi,all
I am a novice in analog design field,
now I have a question about a circuit in Fig below.
.The supply voltage is 3.3v,and w/l of all transistors is 20u/2u ,
Then what is the output voltage ?
Thanks very much in advance.

it seems an amp with common input 0v, but the biasing is very strange, will it function properly?

whatever may be the current source value i.e. I ,according to this vo = I*200K

2*vin
in fact,it's a little smaller than 2*vin

Vout=2*Vin-Vdsat(I)-(Vth,nmos+Vth,pmos)

neglecting all substrate effects on threshold voltage. The saturation voltage is a SQRT function from the current.

can someone please explain on how it can be found?

It should be an amplifier with very high linearity.
