what is gabor filter equation

hai i need your help in my project i.e disease detection using gabor filter .
i dont know any thing about gabor filter.
initially i want to know what know what are input of gabor filter ,equations and code .
so, please help.

May I ask, what you need that for in terms of medical usage? Do you work in an environment of neuronal research? (This is a field, where Gabor's- Transformation) might be used / usefull.

The GT is performed by applying a gaussian filter curve onto the data in the near field of the desired samples.

Or do you mean something different?
