VLSI Help!!!

Hi all,

I want to start research for VLSI Designing of nano digital circuits using Bayesian Network. Because on nano scale the digital circuit is hard to make error free, So i want to use Bayesian to make fault tolerant digital circuit.

So if anybody already have doing some research like that or have some knowledge and material on this topic then share with me.

So plz help me....
