Verilog-A or Verilog-AMS text highlight in emacs

Has anyone seen a script for Verilog-A or Verilog-AMS highlight mode in emacs?

I think Verilog-A emacs mode is not there! But we can modify the existing
verilog mode to support Verilog-A. Little knowlege of LISP is required.

Is AMS Designer a separate tools, same as LDV
or, integrated in IC5xxx?

afaik, AMS Designer is a separate tool. Verilog-A is supported by Spectre in ICxx
