compensation capacitor

Hi dear all friends,
i want to design two stage amplifier and use of it as Unity gain buffer. some requirements defined such as SR, UGBW, Gain and ICMR. load capacitor is so small(in order of femto F). two stage opamp in closed loop must have a PM>60degree with predefined settling time.
my problem is a value of compensation capacitor. how i should find it whereas both SR and UGBW depend on it.

Thanks in advance.
