[SOLVED] TSMC65nm Bondpads and ESD.

Hi,
I am using TSMC65nm for my circuit design. I am unable to find library for bondpad and ESD. Do I have to design it by myself, or are they provided by foundry?

Any update on this? I also have the same question. Please let me know if you have any information on this
 

This is probably a type of a question that should be sent to the foundry, not to the edaboard.

HI,

For bond pads and ESD you have to ask the foundry from where you got the kit.
I did the same.
