transmission over wifi (802.11) lan

i m in great problem
i m doing my final year project "biometric attendance"

problem is that i have to transmit data over wifi
how i will recieve data on computer and how will i allocate periority to my different sensors and which protocol i have to use?

plz help me....

u should have tht wi-fi card into ur pc.. then with other device which is wi-fi enabled u can transfer data....
