I have some quesitons about one paper, whic title is Modeling the Waveguide Invariant as a Distribution.

In the paper, the auther have modeled the β as a distribution by computing the normalized energy of I(r,ω). In the numerical results, he showed that when the source and the receiver both were located below the thermocline, the beta equaled to 1.5 nearly. But when I simulate the result using Equatiom (24), I cannot obtain the results as Figure 5.I used the same sound speed profie as that in the paper. KRAKEN model was used to calculating the Cofficient Blm and group velocities.

Could someone help me?

Thanks.
