Surface-Mount System-On-Module (SoM) PCB design/layout/manufacture?

Hello all,
Is it possible to get a PCB CAD package to layout a SoM type of PCB?

Also, is it possible to get them manufactured by an average PCB house?
Or is this really difficult stuff?

Its a PCB with selective egde plating where the concave pads are, most manufacturers that are semi decent should be able to manufacture it, and you lay it out as any other PCB.

Thanks for the search terms - so when I google edge plating I find some items - in particular castellations - which eurocircuits appear to be able to handle?

Probably routed out after population, thats what I did.
