there are a lot of books for PCB design i think the BLACK MAGIC book is the best but for beginner there a lot of PDF document are avaliable on the net u can try those

Nice reference, but it should only be used as part of the process of learning how to design a board - it contains some inaccuracies and indicates things that need to be defined by the designer that are seldom done - IE: defing the number of pre-preg plys, usually you will only find this specified in boards carrying primary (mains) voltage and it will be a minimum number of plys - nice reading but don't take as absolute or typical.
