there are a lot of books for PCB design i think the BLACK MAGIC book is the best but for beginner there a lot of PDF document are avaliable on the net u can try those

Beside that also check this books,

Printed Circuits Handbook by Clyde F. Coombs,Signal Integrity Issues and Printed Circuit Board Design by Douglas Brooks,Signal Integrity - Simplified
by Eric Bogatin and Printed Circuit Board Designer's Reference by Chris Robertson are the books to be looked for...

Nice reference, but it should only be used as part of the process of learning how to design a board - it contains some inaccuracies and indicates things that need to be defined by the designer that are seldom done - IE: defing the number of pre-preg plys, usually you will only find this specified in boards carrying primary (mains) voltage and it will be a minimum number of plys - nice reading but don't take as absolute or typical.

I find it interesting that it does not reference IPC.
