I would like to know if there is standard Naming Convention for Schematic Library, can I use the Naming Convention of Land Pattern for Schematic Library? kindly help. Thank You.

How about using a naming convention that explains what the symbols are for?

using the land pattern convention is not a good idea because they are completely different, you can also use the same symbol for many different devices
that use different land patterns.

What software are you using this in?

Try to keep to explanatory names in the same format and same case.
Do not mix using capitals for one and lower case for another - best to use all lower case. (capitalize first letter).
