What is the memory configuration register?
What is the purpose of memory configuration register?

by configuring register we can set the type of memory ,baud rate,etc.
but first tell where is this concept.

I am totally new for sram memory concepts.
As you said, by register, we can set the type of memories.
I want to know that what do you mean by type of memories?

I haven't seen SRAM memories with configuration register. Though it could be.
