saw resonator designs

Hello friends
I am looking for ADS simulation model for 315 MHz & 433.92 MHz SAW resonator.
(Temex or RFM or any vendor)
Can any one upload?

I want simulation model.
which I can place directly in simulation like transistors or resistors etc.
In PDF only there are specifications given.
But you need model to enter that specification. :)
There is one model in ADS but it has only two terminals. I dont know whether it will be correct to use.
the one that I require needs four terminals.
so I will ground two terminals & Use other two.
at this moment any model with the specified frequency will help.

This sounds like a SAW resonator based oscillator. The 2 port version, the traditional version, requires a phase shifter and a high gain transistor as the losses can be fairly high and in oscillators there is always mismatching as the transistor parameters change under large signal conditions. The 1 port design is more flexible and the recent SAW devices are described in a similar fashion as a quartzs crystal .Do not use devices with an Rs above 25 ohms
