simple circuit diagram with component rating for 15v dual supply?

can v make 5v supply for pic from this 15v o/p using 7805?
then how??ckt diagram with compnent rating,can any1 tell

Yes, you can use 7805 with 15 volt supply. You can get the best circuit design in the datasheet of 7805 itself.
What type of power source do you have??? If it is a source from thermal, you can connect a 100 ohm resistor in series and ~47 uF electrolytic capacitor in parallel with ground just before the 7805....
