ruls for power supply circuits design

Hi
I'm looking for the ruls that i need to know
for pcb circuit design like conductor/strip width,
clearences between conductores and layers etc.
for power supply / hige curent.

In general, the question of needed track width is related to current and thickness of copper, because the total copper area depends on width and thickness. The limit depends on maximum allowed heating, maximum allowed voltage drop du to track resistance, and in switchmode circuits also on inductance and AC resistance (which may be much higher than the DC resistance on high frequencies!)

Isolation distance between tracks is mainly depending on voltage, and in certain cases on safety regulations (between hazardous voltage and user accessible parts)

Polar Instruments https://www.polarinstruments.com/ has a trace resistance calculator download TRC100. They once had a current limit calualtor TRC125 but this is no longer available. From the resistance calculator, you can get the power loss.

polysat.calpoly.edu/documents_cp1/ systems/trace_capacity.pdf is a chart that lets you select the temperature rise limit.
