I am searching for IP core for ADC of 3 bit.
Can any one give me information about that.

I need to fabricate the device on Si or GaAs substrate.
& I want to attach ADC(3 bit) to my device.
Plese give me information about it.
I also searching. but your help will contribute a lot.

May you explain the spec like operating voltage, speed ... ?
 

I need ADC of 150-200 mega samples.
Power dissipation must be as small as possible..
ADC should be 3 bit.
I want to design & implement my circuit on silicon or GaAsFET.
Therefor need IP core.
 

Can anyone provide any information on ADC or DAC IPs or complete design ?
