Required information about IP core of ADC

& I want to attach ADC(3 bit) to my device.

I need ADC of 150-200 mega samples.
Power dissipation must be as small as possible..
ADC should be 3 bit.
I want to design & implement my circuit on silicon or GaAsFET.
Therefor need IP core.
