i am a student of electronics . I want to make a Panel consisting of many Picture that can be slided on some sort of track or channel arrangement .. just like the curtain winder .... i will be much pleased and thankful if soneone can help me in this regard in all respect

Exactly what kind of help do you need. This seems to be a mechanical project.

I'm faced with the same problem. I want to roll the pictures with two roller driven by two DC motors. There is no speed or tension sensors. I want help in how to drive the two motors so as to keep the transition speed constant.

Use stepper motors. They can be easily synchronized and driven at any required speed accurately
